I have been visiting Bell Pepperz, Ashok Vihar for the past 6–7 years, and it has always been a go-to place for me. The food is consistently amazing, and the service staff is courteous, attentive, and genuinely hardworking.It was recently disappointing to learn that when payments are made through platforms like Zomato or Dineout, the service charge mentioned in the bill is not passed on to the service staff, and that the discounts offered on these platforms are being adjusted using the service charge component. This practice is highly unethical and unfair to the staff who contribute so much to the dining experience.This is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. If this issue is addressed and the service charge is rightfully passed on to the staff, Bell Pepperz would definitely deserve a 5-star rating again.

My visit to Bell Pepperz, Ashok Vihar was a great experience. The ambience felt cozy and welcoming. The food was excellent, especially the must-try Dal Bukhara, which was rich and comforting. The starters were truly mouth-watering and well presented. Refreshing mojitos and shakes complemented the meal. Service was polite and prompt.
