You have to try the new addition in the menu at "Bell pepper again"! They just started serving Dan Dan noodles, and they are incredible. For those unfamiliar, dan dan noodles are a classic dish known for a rich, complex sauce made from chili oil, either sesame or peanut paste. It's the perfect balance of spicy, nutty, and savory. Their vegetarian version replaces the traditional minced meat topping without sacrificing any of that amazing flavor. This dish is outstanding, seriously the yummiest noodles anyone can have.
