I recently tried the Soya Chaap Masala Sabzi at Beliram in Lajpat Nagar. While the dish was quite spicy, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The flavors were decent, but I felt that it lacked the depth and richness I was hoping for. Also, it was a kind of very oily. The spice level was a bit too much without enough balance in the other flavors, and the texture of the soya chaap could have been a bit more tender. To top it off, the dish was pricy, especially considering the quality and taste. Overall, it was okay, but not something I would go out of my way to order again.
