They didn’t send the oreo shake with my last order and informed me that it could neither be refunded nor delivered later. I accepted it, understanding that mistakes can happen especially since they assured me it would be sent with my next order or of i visit the store. However, when I ordered again and clearly mentioned the pending shake in the note, it was once again not sent. There was no explanation or apology. The staff are unprofessional and lack basic courtesy.

This was the state of food packaging at the time of Delivery. Blueberry Cheesecake damaged during delivery. Peach ice tea also found leaking. Poor experience this time. Not expected by the Zomato delivery.
