Worst experience. Review of The Belgian Waffle Co. – Disappointing Service & Rude Behavior I recently visited The Belgian Waffle Co. and had one of the worst customer service experiences. I placed an order for a waffle, expecting a reasonable wait time. However, it took a shocking 30 minutes for my order to be delivered. When I politely inquired about the delay, the staff member Ajay responded with unnecessary arguments instead of addressing the issue professionally. Instead of an apology or an update, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior, which made the entire experience unpleasant. Good food means nothing if the service is poor. A customer-friendly attitude is just as important as the quality of the food, and unfortunately, The Belgian Waffle Co. failed miserably in this regard. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value respectful service and a hassle-free experience. Avoid! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
