Recently ordered food from here and got stale food. I had ordered rice and curry combo for dinner and I got stale and smelly food from the place. I called up the restaurant to mention this and they kept defending saying they gave good food when I have the food with me. Horrible experience. Food: 1 Service: 1

We ordered food via swiggy delivery all veg item as you can see in the attached photos. And they have sent us non veg to stew. I don't understand how difficult it is for restaurants to segregate veg and non veg food. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: Please never order from this restaurant they don't understand the difference between a veg stew and a non veg stew .

Pathetic. We tried their kerala biriyani today. It was extremely bad in taste. Not a typical dum at all. It was a bowl of basmati rice and chicken curry. We got the gravy of egg curry too. The chicken pieces were tiny, bony and not worth at all. Luckily, we ordered a single biriyani and costed us 242 rupees. Bekal team, it is better to shut down if you are not ready to serve good quality food.
