Took Chicken Biryani takeaway from the restaurant. Got stale food. The food was cold, the chicken pieces felt like fried the previous night and the rice had big chunks of sticky rice.

Worst experience ever. I ordered food on Swiggy this morning around 3 am and I could see on the app that the delivery partner has not picked the food yet. But I got a call from the restaurant stating the delivery partner met with an accident and the food was spilt and damaged while I could clearly see the food wasn’t picked up yet. I then called up the Swiggy support to investigate on the incident and it came to light that RESTAURANT GUY who spoke to me in TAMIL has lied to me since they don’t have the food and need to prepare it from scratch.. Is this even right to a tell a customer that the delivery partner has met with an accident and put this blame on the poor guy for not doing anything but was just ensuring to get the food delivered??? How sad??? A restaurant like BEKAL acting this cheap and playing a blame game just because they couldn’t prepare the food on time!!!! Guys, look into the attached order.. it still showing 21 minutes to get delivered for the past one hour. Is this even professional or ethical to blame the poor Swiggy guy?? WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Do not keep your Swiggy service open in the early morning if you guys aren’t prepared enough for delivering the service and food on time.
