I had ordered one piece of Masala Bhetki Fish, but due to a misunderstanding or listening from their staff, they brought me two pieces instead. When I told them that I had ordered only one piece and not two, the staff started arguing with me and even behaved disrespectfully, insisting that I had ordered two pieces. One of the staff members arrogantly said that he never hears anything wrong, never makes mistakes, and never takes wrong orders. The behavior of the restaurant staff was extremely unprofessional. According to them, customers are uneducated and place orders without even reading the menu. I have visited this restaurant three times before and have always ordered the same dish. So, why would I suddenly place a wrong order on my fourth visit? Finally, they came back to me, took away one piece of fish, and charged me only for a single piece. However, even after correcting the order, their staff still insulted me because of his own mistake. The staff’s attitude and behavior were highly unprofessional and disappointing. I am giving one star rating to this post, otherwise I would not have given these people even one star. Service: 1
