“On my recent visit to the gym at 11:30 PM, I had a very unpleasant encounter with one of your staff members. The individual attending to me was exceptionally rude, suggesting that I should go to another gym and emphasizing that he was ‘there for his attitude.’ He even cited examples of other gyms I should join, implying that this facility was not suitable for me. To make matters worse, when he received a call, he abruptly left without properly addressing us. As a former member of your gym, I was considering rejoining with some friends, but this experience has caused us to reconsider due to this staff member’s unprofessional behaviour.”
