I am a regular customer, but the roll was not good today at all. Felt like i just wasted money. The roti was hard, half of the roll was just EMPTY. It wasn't chewable at all, wasn't fresh

Have been ordering food from the restaurant from couple of years the food has always been good and no issues as such , but from the past couple of weeks or maybe a month or two, the thing is that whenever I try to place an order the actual time taken to deliver the order is double what they show as the estimated time they always delay in the food to be dispatched and to be over the delivery partner, and this is continuously happening for a month or two . it's very irritating. When you don't know when your food will actually arrive and takes double the amount of time as promised
