Very bad delivery service. Took 3 hours to get delivered. Texted their chatbot and it said that the delivery is ready but the delivery rider is not there, my delivery driver was waiting for 40 minutes outside the restaurant because they hadn’t even started cooking the order yet. After reminding the employee 3 times did they finally start preparing it. This is the 2nd time this has happened very disappointing.

we ordered 3 shahi tukda and the bread piece of one of the shahi tukda was very stiff. not possible to eat. not expected from behrouz biryani
