I had an utterly disappointing experience with Behrouz biryani in Marol Mumbai. The biryani was a complete letdown greasy, bland and lacking of authentic flavors they promised. The rice was over cooked clumped together and chicken was tough and tasteless. The portion size was laughably small for the price which felt like a total rip off. The packaging was also not well. They take too much time to deliver. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your money on subpar food and frustrating experience Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered by mrs Lily dsouza for a chicken biryani for delivery at my residence at ic colony yesterday sunday the 6th august 2023. On receiving the bill i was surprised to see the following 2 amounts rs 29 towards packing and rs 2 platform. When it I'd known that you only supply food through the delivery agency why do you need to charge separately towards packing and platform fee Dont you add these charges in the food bill and customers pay for the food. I am of the opinion that since your main activity is supply of food the charged should be inclusive of packing and platform. Would request you to reconsider your process of billing so that the customers feel that they are being charged separately for such packing etc Alternatively you can consider putting these charges in your menu card so that the customers would have the option to decide if to go for your food
