I am travelling by Bilaspur Indore train my train no is 18234 I ordered food from Anuppur station at 3:00 PM for 8:00 PM from Behrouz Biryani in Jabalpur thinking that I will be given fresh food whereas the food I ordered was already ready by the time my train arrived What kind of service is being provided to the customers that the food is brought to the platform 4 hours in advance and they are given cold food
