I had a terrible experience with Behrouz Biryani Chandkheda branch. They canceled my order at the last moment without prior notice. We were waiting for our delivery, only to be informed at the last minute that the order was canceled because certain food items were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing, as they didn't communicate this earlier. To make matters worse, they made a fake promise that someone would call to inform us about the available items and help remake the order, but no one ever called. The lack of professionalism and poor service is unacceptable. I won't be ordering from them again.
