Sorry to write that the rice was slightly undercooked, and the masala lacked the distinct biryani flavor I was expecting. Instead, it felt like an ordinary masala mixed with rice, and it didn’t seem to be well absorbed into the grains. I was a bit disappointed this time, especially since my previous experiences with Behrouz Biryani have always been wonderfully delicious.
