I recently visited Vrindavan and ate at this place. While the food was good but I think they should clarify the name of the food with its description. We ordered Pulao but got plain rice with peas. Everything is too oily, too salty, too small, and overpriced. The place is chaotic and they keep forgetting to bring dishes. It's also way too loud and you have to shout to the person across from you. The idli was fine actually. But the chole bhature, naan, paratha, biryani, and all the masalas were too oily. My fingers were glistening after only a few times touching the bhature and naans. I felt pretty gross afterwards. It was also too salty, but without lots of flavor. Also the paneer masala in the thali was very sweet, which I thought was disgusting. If you're hungry you'll need at least two dishes. The menu isn't that big either. You find a table by yourself and then order, and they'll bring dishes out. They often forget to bring things out. We had to ask 3 times for a naan to arrive, over about 40 minutes. There's also always people just standing by your table waiting for you to finish eating, so that they can have it after you're done. Then they're having conversations and everyone eating is talking and it all echos around and you end up having to yell to hear the person next to you. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The business model of self-service failed miserably for this particular Bikanervala, Vrindavan. I visited this restaurant at around 9:00 PM, Saturday. There was too much rush and customers visiting had no idea where to sit as all tables were occupied. Now as a customer I had to stand along side a table and see other people already sitting there to have their dinner. This was a very awkward moment for me. Restaurant staff was doing nothing to arrange tables like many restaurants do. It's up to you to find a place to sit and then order. When I got the table after 30 minutes and went to place the order at the counter, cashier asked me the table No. I didn't knew it so I called one of my family member and got the number and placed the order. They were delivering the items ordered at table. We don't have to carry items ourselves. Next issue that I faced was two tables joined together with sitting capacity of around 12pax has been assigned same number. That day three different group of people were siting on these two tables and our orders got mixed up as waiters delivering were confused themselves. First item that was served is bowl of Dal Makhani with butter nans. But they didn't bothered to provide us any plates, spoons etc. for next 15 minutes despite of regular reminders. When cutlery arrived our dish was cold and taste was gone. In the end no tissue papers were arranged after we are done with our dinner. Suggestion: Staff should do something about arranging tables for the customers. They can surely ask them to wait in a waiting area till their turn comes. In this way Restaurant will be able to utilize all table more efficiently as a group of 4 pax might not be occupying a table with 6 pax capacity. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
