I called them from Ernakulam as a complete stranger, and it was the first time I ever reached out to them to order a birthday cake for my friend in Kunnamangalam. I had given them only my friend’s phone number — not even the complete address — yet they were still able to locate the place and deliver the cake promptly and on time. Despite not knowing me at all, they didn’t ask for any advance or full payment. Only after the delivery, when I inquired about the amount, they sent me the QR code, and I made the payment.
