I went to have breakfast and they took one hour to serve food and the food was so bad .Customer service also was bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹600–800

Dear Grace Jhon, Actually its our mistake to take breakfast order. Cafes kitchen only open lunch time morning time only the coffee coffee shop open. you ordered swiss breakfast, that fresh rosti to make we need 30 min. season time we know how many breakfast goes so we organize that way, off aeason less food fall so we cut off many items. Hope you understand. thanks..

This Restaurant is located close to Light House.we had both lunch and dinner and we had a wonderful experience. We loved the salads ,Fish and chips,butter garlic prawns. I will sure recommend this place to all. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a pretty okay experience at Beatles Cafe & Grill House. The food was absolutely delicious, seriously top-notch! However, the service was a bit disappointing; it could definitely use some improvement. We had requested hot water, which didn't come. After waiting for some time, we again requested for water, and we were served with mineral water. After walking along the beachside, we were very thirsty. We emptied the bottle as soon as it came, but when the food arrived, water wasn't offered again. We had to call the waitress again for it. Another thing I felt was the lack of availability of many dishes we requested. When we asked about fish, they simply told us they only had large fish, at least a kilogram each. My wife doesn't eat fish, so my two kids and I were not capable of eating that much. Another thing I felt was that we felt invisible to the staff. I felt many times, even when we made any request, they always tried to delegate it to someone else. Or sometimes, even when they passed by, they tried to avoid eye contact and never even asked if we needed anything more. I got the bill while I was trying to get my hands clean, even before I requested it. That's something new. It felt like they wanted us to leave ASAP. I don't know why that is, but I think they're not as kind towards Indian guests or Malayali, as I saw them checking on others with everything...(Mostly foreigner where there dining with us).. Also none waitress nor had welcoming smile nor happy face ever towards us. The atmosphere, though, was fantastic and really added to the meal. It's a nice spot, but the service needs work. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600
