This restaurant offers you to try tasty paneer, paneer tikka and spaghetti. The hospitable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Service at BeVeg is something one can call spectacular. It's a pity, food here isn't worth the medium prices as visitors state. You can pay your attention to the cool atmosphere. This place scored 4.3 in the Google rating system.

It was a horrible experience.. the food was extremely spicy even after calling the restaurant n instructing to make food non spicy. food was full of oil.. paneer butter masala had almost 3 tablespoons of oil floating. Tandoori rotis were extremely tight and burnt. If given an option, the food deserved a minus rating.

I’ve visited BeVeg quite a lot of times. Initially, used to visit it at least once every week because I liked their prompt service, ambiance and food. Recently, I saw that their food service started to deteriorate. In my last few visits, food items which tasted extremely yum in my previous visits was cooked poorly. For instance, I loved their Veggie Paradise pizza, but in my last fee visits, they started to use vegetable which were spoilt, tasted foul, and looked pitch-black. The taste for Chinese bhel also deteriorated. The tipping point was when in our last visit, they served us sizzling brownie where the brownie/syrup was overcooked / heated and one could clearly smell the desert being burnt. We took a tiny bite and realised how foul it tasted and raised this with the waiter. They had the audacity to tell us that they cannot do anything about it. We called for the manager, who told us that he could not do anything. We were surprised because as a manager, he is literally the person who should resolve issues like these. They ended up billing us for the brownie that we didn’t even eat. BeVeg has nice ambiance, some of their food items are nice. But my main issue with them is their extremely bad service. I am someone the waiters recognised by face because of the countless times I visited, yet, the 2-3 times I told them that their food was bad — they did nothing about it. Their (manager’s) tone was not nice, it did not seem like they were driven to provide guests with the best experience. They also seem to have issues in the back-end which is why their food quality is unreliable — you may love one of their dishes in one visit and really dislike it in the next. And they won’t do anything about it if you complain about their food tasting REALLY bad. I understand that the waiters Cantt do much about this stuff but I absolutely loathed how the manager dealt with us. After all of the above experiences, me and my colleagues who would earlier visit BeVeg extremely often, have completely stopped going there. I hope the management looks into this and learns.
