Bayroute, Juhu – A Middle Eastern feast done right Visited Bayroute Juhu and honestly, this place never disappoints when it comes to flavours, presentation, and hospitality.We started with the Kale & Avocado Salad, which was refreshingly different. Made with fresh vegetables and a well-seasoned tikki, it struck a perfect balance between healthy and indulgent. Light, flavourful, and a great way to begin the meal.Next up were the Loaded Nachos, and these were packed! Fried pita chips topped with refried Ful Medames, Jaitoon & avocado salsa, strained lemon yogurt, sumac dust, pomegranate kernels, and Kashkaval cheese fondue. Every bite had layers of flavour — tangy, creamy, crunchy, and absolutely addictive.The Roz Bukhari was a highlight for sure. This Saudi Arabian vegetarian rice pilaf was beautifully fragrant, scented with saffron and Kabsa spice mix. Loaded with roasted cauliflower, potatoes, root vegetables, and a generous mix of nuts, it was rich yet comforting. Served with Salata Hara (fresh herbs and spicy tomato sauce), it elevated the dish even more.We also tried the Turkish Gozleme, a pan-seared homemade flatbread stuffed with Batata Hara and Kashkaval cheese. Crisp on the outside, soft and cheesy inside. It came with Yemeni Sahawiq and Bamya (okra in tomato sauce), making it a wholesome and satisfying plate.And then came the showstopper — Chocolate Kunafa Angel hair shredded kataifi, folded with Iranian pistachio crème, layered with 54% chocolate, served on a baked cheesecake base and drizzled with salted caramel sauce. Rich, decadent, and perfectly balanced — a must-order dessert if you’re visiting Bayroute.Special mention to Sameer and Shahid, who served us with such warmth and positivity. They guided us through the menu and suggested some of the best-seller dishes, which truly enhanced our overall experience.Overall: Bayroute Juhu is perfect for anyone who loves authentic Middle Eastern flavours with a modern touch. Great food, great service, and a lovely ambience — definitely worth a visit.
