I stayed at Skylark for a week, and every morning I looked forward to having a masala chai at Bay Tree Café. It's easily the most relaxed and welcoming spot I visited during my Goa trip. The food was outstanding - every dish felt fresh, thoughtful, and full of flavor. Unlike many places that try too hard with huge menus, Bay Tree keeps it simple and delivers exceptional quality. Highly recommend this place if you value great food and good vibes. And the staff - genuinely warm and kind - make the whole experience feel special and authentic. Have eaten breakfast here two days running. The cafetiere coffee is excellent and the food delicious. The Turkish eggs are very different and extra tasty, the pancakes and french toast also. Hidden Gem of Colva...a great place for breakfast or snacks. Coffee is good lovely garden setting.
Staff are very friendly and helpful
