I had one of the worst experiences at Bawarchi. We booked our dining slot through Swiggy Dineout, where we were assured of a 25% discount on the total bill. We even paid a booking amount in advance. However, when we arrived, the restaurant manager Dilip rudely refused to accept the Swiggy Dineout payment and denied us the promised discount. This not only wasted our booking amount but also left a very unpleasant impression. Thankfully, Swiggy Dineout refunded the booking amount later.The food was just average and nowhere near what we expected from a place with such a name. Taste and quality did not stand out at all. For food, I would give it 2 out of 5.But the overall experience deserves only 1 star, mainly because of the arrogant and unprofessional behavior of the manager. If it were possible to rate below 1, I definitely would.To the restaurant owner – please look into your manager’s behavior. Such arrogance and poor management will only drive away customers, no matter how decent your food may be.Overall Rating: 1/5

Ordered their spl chicken biriyani but was having stale smell , but chicken was ok but not as per the price. They don’t accept Zomato or Swiggy payment mode. They were out of stock of masala papad and classic mojito. But they serve cocacola , thumbsup at double price
