Have been a regular here with my kids mostly doing impromptu visits almost every other night. Today being a beautiful rainy day, I stopped by at ur Alwarpet outlet after work to help myself with a couple of scoops. I had to rqst a couple of times to help me with samples (which u wd agree is quite small and wouldn't really empty out ur shelf). The person at the counter reluctantly got up and then told me rudely that there were orders from the manager not to serve more than two samples. I obviously walked out. But am surprised Sandesh, that u guys have become penny wise and pound foolish. You just lost a family of ice cream lovers at ur outlet attempting to save an extra bit of sample!
