Not only do their ice creams taste incredibly rich, but I’m convinced they’ve perfected the art of serving them at just the right consistency and temperature. It’s a delicate balance: not too firm, not too soft, and smooth without any icy texture—just pure, creamy perfection. Every scoop is sheer bliss! My husband and I are obsessed with their roasted pistachio flavor. And let me tell you why: I absolutely love pistachios, so anytime I visit an ice cream shop, I make it a point to try their pistachio flavor. But nowhere—not a single place—has come close to the pistachio at Batter. It’s to die for! Rich, nutty, and packed with plenty of crunchy, chopped pistachios for that extra bite. Honestly, it’s perfection in a cone. Speaking of cones, their waffle cones are a revelation—crispy, golden, and just the right touch of sweetness. During my pregnancy, I used to have my checkups nearby, and stopping at Batter became part of the ritual. It got to a point where I was looking forward to doctor visits just so I could treat myself to their ice cream. While roasted pistachio has my heart, I’ve also tried their salted caramel butterscotch and blueberry pie. They’re really good!
