Pathetic!! The shakes were not much good and nothing to say about the pizza, it was very awful. When I complained about it, the staff was dismissive and defensive, showing no interest in making things right, espically the girl whom I had conversation with. It's clear that there is a complete lack of care for customer service, and food quality at Batido. The price we paid for this miserable experience is daylight robbery. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Brunch

The pizza we received was completely stale and had a strong, unpleasant smell. Moreover, the oregano seasoning was expired by three months. To make matters worse, we didn’t even receive any refund. We ordered pizza through zomato,, it was stale ,, taste was not good, pizza was not fresh ..even the seasonings like oregano and pepper was expired. It was costly ..we didn't even got a refund . Waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 1
