The overall taste of the biriyani was disappointing. Additionally, in the takeaway order, the packaging cover was soaked and had leaked into the food. The green color from the cover had seeped into the food, which seriously affected its quality and hygiene. Kindly look into the packaging and food standards to improve the customer experience.
