The Hazelnut Pull Up Crunch is Definitely Worth the Try!!! The ambience over this place is super cool and worth the visit. While the food overall wasn’t exceptional, the aesthetic and vibe of the place more than make up for it. Great spot to hang out and relax! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Vegetarian menu is way too much limited

Alright! I just now got off 2 back to back calls to book a table for 4. First I wanted to book for 2nd May (occassion : anniversary), which happens to be a Friday - so tables are available only for 7-9PM, after that Bar night strats. My question was can we not have a table after 9, I understand there is a cover charge to be paid. on enquiring I was advised to come another day. So I called again and wanted to book the table now for 7th May (occassion: birthday), bar night again becomes an issue. I was again told that table will require a cover charge. I asked what are the charges, I received a smirk as an answer and that table can only to be booked between 7-9. I again enquired for the charges, same response. Call got transferred to the manager (the first call respondent), and guess what, after get me riled up, they provided a table for 9PM without any cover charge, yes outdoor, but why these options are not being given. Horrible experience! Horrible service providers! I fail to understand with 3.5 rating how are they already not careful with their attitude.

Great vibes, music and ambience. Food is great too. Suggestions for improvements: 1) Train your staff how to serve drinks, open a wine bottle. 2) No beer glasses (I end drinking in normal inferior quality one) 3) Why wine served in different glasses ? 4) Look at that shitty whisky glass. 5) Food should together for each table order, not like one after another and we see each other's face. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
