Many visitors come here to try good ice cream. The cheerful staff reflects the style and character of Baskin Robbins. Spectacular service is something guests agree upon here. The atmosphere is homey, as people see it. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

I really like the shop they were a lot of flavours of ice cream there. The thing I like the most was they gave to taste the ice cream. But it was soo expensive.

Rarely do we get feel let down at a outlet of a well known ice-cream brand like Baskin Robbins. Service appeared to be disoriented and slow. Despite specifically ordering Thickshakes, received Milkshakes with comparatively lower % of ice-cream than oumther BR outlets. When ordering the scoops, the size wasn't asked and ended up getting billed for the largest portion. The food colouring used in some of the ice-cream flavours seemed to be too strong as they didn't come off easily from the dress after an accidental spill. For such a highly priced brand, the high expectations were not met.
