Even though the ice cream flavours are amazing, the service is very pathetic. ATTITUDE & ADHERENCE: When I went to the counter to get the ice cream, at first the server was nowhere to be found and the counter was left unattended for almost 5 minutes and turns out he was standing just around the corner talking to some other franchise's guys. He was later found by the floor's supervisor. HYGIENE ISSUES: So the server was casually making the ice cream sundae without using proper hand gloves or head cap to prevent hair falling into the ice cream. What angers me more is that he had the audacity to just use his bare naked hands to hold the wafer chip that was to be installed in our ice cream sundae and casually walk around inside the store doing other stuff. Upon confrontation about the hygiene practices, he just ran off to a nearby store to get safety gloves. This was just extremely unprofessional up until now. LAZINESS: We ordered a simple double chocolate and hazelnut sundae, we had to wait around more than 22 - 24 minutes to get our order and at that moment there was no other customer apart from us. Apparently, he was just lazy at billing and finding stuff to make our order. And at last while delivering our order, he gave an attitude because I told him that he took a lot of time. Well, nobody likes to wait for close to half an hour to get 1 simple order. If the shop owner is seeing this, they really need to do something about this unprofessional service.

I visited baskin Robin's,icecream is awesome,and staff is very dedicated specially,Aryan Prajapati have very good communication skills and customer handling skills,must visit Baskin Robbins.
