Baskin Robbins befitting of a road side stall. Limited flavours augmented by vehicular exhaust fumes, no air conditioning and poor service. Shillong is a bizarre town. B&R here is proof that fools can make money in Shillong - land of the hopeful indeed. Pro tip - Courtyard by Marriott offers far superior ice cream. As they should.
