I have placed an order for a standard size chocolate ice cream on a sugar cone. The salesperson provided me with a significantly smaller portion, as is typically the case with Baskin-Robins outlets. Upon inquiring about the weight and price of a standard size ice cream, he responded by referring to his screen board, stating that it contains 125 grams of ice cream. However, when I verified the weight, it was found to be only 80 grams, inclusive of the weight of the sugar cane (approximately 40 to 50 grams net icecream @ Rs. 175/=). This clearly indicates a misrepresentation of business ethics.
