I recently visited Baskin Robbins, and honestly, it turned out to be one of those simple yet satisfying dessert stops. Sometimes all you need is good ice cream and great service, and this place delivered on both fronts. I ordered the Mississippi Mud Pie, and it was absolutely great. Rich, chocolatey, and perfectly indulgent, every bite felt smooth and comforting without being overly sweet. The balance of chocolate flavours was spot on, making it a perfect choice for anyone who loves deep, intense chocolate desserts. It felt fresh, well-served, and exactly how a classic Baskin Robbins flavour should taste. What really elevated the experience for me was the staff. They were genuinely warm, polite, and welcoming, which makes a big difference even during a short visit. From taking the order patiently to serving with a smile, their attitude made the entire experience feel relaxed and pleasant. It’s always nice when the staff makes you feel comfortable rather than rushed, especially at a dessert place where you’re just there to enjoy the moment. The outlet itself was clean, well-maintained, and had that familiar Baskin Robbins vibe that instantly puts you in a good mood. Overall, my visit to Baskin Robbins Pimple Saudagar was a great one delicious ice cream, excellent staff, and a smooth experience from start to finish. I’d definitely come back again whenever I’m craving a comforting dessert done right.

I had placed an online order on Swiggy for Lotus Biscoff Icecream cake which was not available in their store. I didn't want an alternative so I said it's okay and I'll cancel it. Rohit took the time to not only understand my specific requirement but he got it procured from another store and had it personally delivered to me. There was no need for him to do so when I said it's fine, availability on website isn't updated but he put a lot of consideration to ensure I get what I was craving. I felt touched by this level of extra service provided as it's very rare in this day and scenario. I appreciate Rohit for his hardwork for going extra mile :)
