Disappointing. The ice creams selected were not prepackaged . A few scoops were put in a container and sent .The menu leads you to believe it is a packaged quantity . The ice cream had melted by the time it reached

We would like to inform you that under ice cream parlour concept, Baskin Robbins provides freshly packed ice cream in boxes which are kept frozen, from which it is packed in containers suitable to accommodate the requested quantity. You can be assured about the quantity, as each container is weighed before packing the order. Regarding the melting of ice cream you may please raise the issue with Zomato, as they are our delivery partners for deliveries of all orders we receive on Zomato. Hence this issue is beyond our control.

Baskin Robbins has a variety of fresh new different flavours and now milkshakes too. I really like black current,mint chocolate, bubble gum and mississipi mud. Other chocolate ones are great too. Overall Baskin Robbins is great the only flaw is that it's too overpriced. If they drop down their rates like other ice cream parlours it would work much more. Anyway I quite like their flavours and visit here once in awhile.
