The quality of Baskin Robbins is always top notch. They have maintained great consistency in the taste whether you visit any outlet. Tried Pista flavour, liked the taste. Waffle cones were out of stock though. Service was good too.

The service here was unbelievably slow, and the staff seemed completely disorganized. When I inquired about a promotional offer, the owner refused to honor it properly and was unnecessarily rude. Even when another customer politely pointed out the slow service, the owner snapped at him instead of addressing the issue. Not the kind of experience you’d expect from an international brand. Needs serious improvement!
