Terrible Experience – Misleading Offers & Poor Service I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Baskin Robbins outlet. I was clearly misguided about an offer that was being promoted – the staff either didn’t know the details or purposely gave incorrect information. No apology, no solution – just rude behavior and confusion. This kind of false advertising and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable from a brand like Baskin Robbins. If you value your time, money, and a transparent experience, I highly recommend avoiding this outlet. Will not be returning again. Disappointed and frustrated.

Misleading and Unprofessional – False Promise of Free Scoop Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Baskin-Robbins. I was told there was a free scoop offer, but when I asked the staff for details, they gave vague and incomplete information. I followed exactly what they said—only to be told at the counter that the offer didn't apply the way they explained. This kind of inconsistency is incredibly frustrating. If you're going to advertise a “free scoop” offer, at least train your staff to explain it properly. Instead, I was left feeling embarrassed and misled in front of other customers. It’s not about the free ice cream—it’s about the principle. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with confusion and poor communication. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
