it's either that some items are missing or they have given me some other item that I did not ask for. the restaurant does not pick up calls when contacted about the same. Even zomato customer care does not look into the matter seriously. this has happened to us 3times and all the times we have neither been contacted to resolve issue nor have we been given a refund for the missing items. very poor service from both baskin Robbins and zomato....very disappointing.
