Have been to other BASKIN ROBBINS, this store must learn from servicing from all aspects, no card accepted, no varieties available but displayed on the stores banner. Waffles are always not in stock. I felt this not for the first time but after 3-4 visits still with the same servicing issue, no card accepted, always waffles not in stock, the items which are displayed are not available. Franchise is missing the brand values. I will stay away moving forward.

We used to love visiting Baskin Robbins Namakkal for a late-night ice cream treat, but sadly, our last two visits have been very disappointing. We reached the store at 10:45 PM. The shop was clearly open with staff inside, and lights on but he refused to take our order, stating it was closed. This isn't the first time we've faced such unwelcoming behaviour recently. The attitude of the staff has completely ruined the friendly vibe we once enjoyed here. It’s unfortunate to see such a favourite spot turn into a place we no longer wish to visit.
