1 Star— no courtesy, no manners. We had a very disappointing experience at this Baskin Robbins outlet today afternoon. Our group of 10 people visited and bought 10 different ice creams. Within just 10 minutes of sitting and enjoying our ice creams, the staff turned off the AC, even though there were no other customers inside. It was quite obvious they wanted us to leave, which was extremely rude and unprofessional. As soon as we stepped out after about 25–30 minutes, they turned the AC back on. The staff’s attitude was completely unacceptable — no courtesy, no manners.
