Very Disappointed – Ruined a Special MomentI ordered a Blueberry Ice Cream Cheesecake today from Baskin Robbins - Ice Cream and Desserts via Zomato for my brother's birthday as a surprise. The order was delivered at 8:54 PM. I had clearly mentioned in the notes to write "Happy Birthday Chinu" on the cake. This was very important for us, as it was a special moment for our family.But to my shock and disappointment, the cake arrived with no message at all – not even a note. This is not the first time such carelessness has happened, but I had always ignored it. However, today was different. It was an emotional and meaningful occasion, and Baskin Robbins completely spoiled it.Such a reputed brand should not be so careless. I trusted them, but they failed to deliver even a basic request. Very bad experience. People should be aware before ordering for any special event. If they can't handle simple instructions, they should not accept customized cake orders at all.Not expected from a brand like this. Will definitely not order again.Let me know if you'd like to customize it more or post it directly somewhere.

one major thing I want to highlight is that the restaurant staff was a liar , when I called the restaurant the guy informs that the Nutella sundae doesn't come with a icecream scoop on the top of the brownie. then when I asked him to read the discription he says that it comes with icream slab on top of the brownie. the next thing he said that the order is already picked up , when I clearly told him that on the app no rider is assigned. after that he said that he will call the rider and check, then when I asked for the riders number,he says he can't see it on his system, so much lies in few minutes of the call. then when I finally received the order, it really did not taste like baskin & robbins . Absolutely i am thinking what kind of scam is this . @ I really want to highlight this to management, and they call themselves a brand
