Despite the popularity among guests, the weak side of Baskin Robbins is its enjoyable service. Visitors leave negative reviews because the atmosphere is dull. The ice creams here are extremely colorful and look quite synthetic, which was a bit off-putting for me. Considering the quality, it feels quite expensive. Honestly, I think Naturals and Apsara are much better options if you’re looking for more natural flavors and better overall quality. Those brands offer simpler ingredients and a more authentic taste, making them far more value for money compared to this place.

From the moment you walk in, the ambience is clean, welcoming, and filled with the irresistible aroma of freshly made waffle cones. The staff is incredibly polite, patient, and always ready to guide you through their wide range of delicious flavours. Whether you're in the mood for classics like Vanilla and Chocolate or something more adventurous like Mississippi Mud, Honey Nut Crunch, or Cotton Candy, there’s something for everyone. What really stood out to me was their prompt service and the freshness of every scoop. We also tried their ice cream sundaes and thick shakes – pure indulgence! They even maintain excellent hygiene standards, which is a big plus. Also loved that they offer seasonal specials and combo deals, which are perfect for sharing. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to beat the heat or just treat themselves to a quality dessert. Hats off to the management for keeping the experience consistently enjoyable.
