Worst ever ice cream parlour It was my first time experience at this place but it was the worst experience ever Just asked a flavour for tasting I got a very rude reply from this people Was not able to give negative rating otherwise I would have given that too Would complain about it further too I got to know today that we can’t get a waffle cone even when we are ready to pay for it

Poorly maintained and worse customer service. Gave me the wrong order and the quality if sundae was terible. When i asked the person who made the ice-cream she just screamed at me that I'm new i don't know (in hindi). This is just not worth the high cost, recommend to avoid

My name is Dilip Dwivedi, it has been a year since I left the job at Baskin Robbins, my mobile is still at the Ghatkopar branch, I have told the shop owner and other staff there several times to get my mobile number removed, I have also told the branch manager but the mobile number has not been removed yet, customer people, Swiggy, Zomato rider people sometimes call me, I am being harassed, sometimes I get a call during the day or night, this has troubled me.
