vanilla affair sundae - hot brownie and icecream given in the same box, by the time it was delivered, icecream was half melted and brownie was very chewey and not tasty at all

The scoop size was not as per the selected preferences also the sprinkles were already inside it. When I ordered it before the sprinkles came with a separate box. Also the ice cream was open. And scoop size was too small

I ordered 3 tubs of the 700 ml/368 gms (net content) of hand scooped vanilla ice cream. 2 out of the 3 tubs had less ice cream by weight. I have a very precise weighing scale at home and I received a total of about 100 gms less by weight.
