Worst than the worst behaviour by the very OWNER. Almost threatening customers and intimidating tone. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting owner. NEVER go there if you have some self respect.

I've come to have my share of love for Baskin Robbins, some of the flavors are really super good! However this particular outlet was the most disappointing experience I could ever have and as I see it, I will ever have. Very rude staff, the ambience too isn't very great. Shady spot while we're at that. I had a train in the next few mins, so I didn't have the luxury to provide my contact number and rest details so I simply asked, please get a scoop and give it to me. The ice cream was all melted, I was wrongly charged and made feel like I'm being blessed by their holy graciousness despite of paying 10-15% due to wrongly charging.

Myself and our family members just had a wonderful time here having some lovely ice creams and a chat with the owner (Mrs Shetty) excellent customer service skills .Thank you Mam for a wonderful experience 10/10.Anyone looking to have a lovely ice cream with a nice chat then look no further .
