Value is slightly less than the price. Sight of a molten layer on top of the tub or icicles on some of the tubs suggests the refrigeration of the ice creams are not commensurate with the premium brand image

My family and I visited Baskin Robbins with three excited kids, looking forward to trying out different flavors. However, our experience was marred by the owner's rude behavior. When our kids attempted to sample more than three flavors, the owner abruptly intervened, citing a policy restriction. Which was completely false claim. This left us feeling unwelcome and restricted, as if we were dining at an ice cream stand rather than a renowned chain. The owner's demeanor completely soured our experience, overshadowing the joy of choosing our treats. Overall, we left feeling deeply dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of service and hospitality. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
