disappointing experience with your Katni outlet. I had ordered a Unicorn-sundae ice cream for my daughter as a special surprise. The order value was Rs._325 !. However, instead of the Unicorn sundae your store delivered Night Sundae cup with Unicorn topping, which was not what I had requested. When I contacted the shop immediately regarding this issue, the staff informed me on the phone that they would “check and confirm” and call me back. After that, neither did they call me, nor did they answer my calls. This behaviour is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a reputed brand like Baskin Robbins. Please understand that this is not just about the money — this is about basic courtesy, customer respect, and emotions. Because of this mistake and careless attitude, my daughter’s excitement and entire mood were ruined.

One of the worst brand I found here in the ice cream and I asked him to change it. He told me he will be giving the same flavour scoop. We deserve to eat that one which already had Hair in it. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
