I visited this ice cream shop twice, once on January 31st at 3:30 PM and again on February 2nd at 2:40 PM, both times, it was closed. A number on the gate led to a call where we were told they’d return in 10 minutes the first time and that it was the lunch break the second time. If there are fixed lunch hours during which the shop remains closed, this should be clearly mentioned on Google Maps or the website. Additionally, there should be someone available to attend to customers instead of completely shutting the store. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
