Took a night drive to Hosur from banglore. Saw the oulet and thought of having an ice cream. Reached there by 11:10pm March 15. Had a family and a group of 4 people getting ice cream before us and the staff asked me to wait for 5-10 minutes, which is understandable. People who came before us took their orders and the group started having theirs. The staff was on call with somebody and was so slow and acted weird as if he has forgotten something in between. After more than 30 minutes of waiting went to him and asked him if he could speed up, but no response or eye contact given as if he was ignoring us (called him multiple times). We then changed our minds from getting an ice cream and left from the store. I would like to belive that BR just hired that guy, if not, please train him to adopt with more crowd.
