Didn't get the cotton candy one. Shop owner said that it was completely frozen and not of good quality. So got two Mississippi Mud instead. That was delicious but price per quantity is out of this world. Too expensive.

I ordered lotus biscoff thick milkshake.. The milkshake i got was white in color and that tasted nothing like lotus biscoff.. I am 100% sure it was a vanilla milkshake with chocolate sprinkles on it.. They didn't even send a bill so that I can check if they misplaced the order.. The milkshake had watery part at the bottom and creamy part at the top.. I had to mix it to make it look like a milkshake.. This is the second time they sent me this kind of food.. last time I ordered mango thick shake and they delivered exactly like this..I have gone to other Baskin robins in Kolkata but as per a popular establishment like Baskin robins, particularly this branch at Sodepur has the poorest food quality I have ever seen.
