Ordered cake with a message of Happy birthday to be put on cake but they never had to put anything on top . Imagine sending cake to a person that's about to celebrate a birthday without the message being conveyed .

cake was delicious but Baskin and Robbins delayed a lot to prepare our order. I called them multiple times but they were not responding to any of them purposely, once spoke with one guy Manish Birari he is very rude , he asked me first to wait for 10 mins i was waiting but still no response than i again called him but he declined my calls multiple times and finally he received my call and spoke rudely than wait if you can't than cancel your order and he rejected the call it was so insulting and rude. he is very rude to females and good to males as he is scared of males.Delivery partner was very sincere and good he waited for almost 40 mins to collect the order. He messaged me madam, you can cancel your order because it's been 40 minutes i am waiting still he waited and responded in a polite way throughout.
