I understand ice cream melted due to transport but why is the brownie a rock block of chocolate? Its so hard i couldnt cut it with a spoon and fork

Product missing kindly dont repeat it again if product is not available then kindly dont accept it from next otherwise i will take a strict action against this matter and gonna complain via zomato too please don't repeat

The cheese cake was all melted. Not worth the price. Couldn't even see the cheese how it looked. Very disappointed !
