What an absolute effin Joke. Is this Baskin Robbins? Or is it gutter Robbins? I know the concept of cloud kitchen but please beware of these shady, nonsense place running the great brand that is Baskin Robbins. Making money is good but fooling people in a brand's name... Wow...just wow... I wonder if Zomato gets a cut in this messed up scam operation to keep things hush hush.

My recent order from Baskin-Robbins was a complete letdown. I was eagerly anticipating a delicious treat, but what I received was far from satisfactory. Half of the quantity I ordered was missing, and to add insult to injury, the ice cream had spilled all over the package. Not only was this a waste of money, but it also left me with a mess. Baskin-Robbins, known for their quality treats, really dropped the ball on this one. I hope they take steps to improve their packaging and quality control to avoid disappointing customers in the future.
