Ordered 2 Thunder Fudge sundaes. The quantity is so less, just a little over a scoop in each. There was barely any chocolate sauce. Overall, it was a very bland product and does not reflect value for price. When I spoke to the outlet manager, he wasn't receptive to the feedback shared.

Another 1 star for this franchisee. The quantity was atrocious. I ordered two bavarian ice cream rolls to see not even half a cup of ice cream delivered. I suspect 1 roll was delivered in two cups. Horrible....damage 280 rs for not even a cup of ice cream. I smell a rat... Management.... Do you... Let's connect or should I put it down to a plain rip off!! Stick to Gianis or naturals folks. This one is a bummer. Not worth the wait and money!!!!!!!

An ice-cream sundae, without a spoon, is a nice gesture of saying that we don't care about customer service.

ice-cream was good, but could have tasted better with a spoon in hand, and if would not have melted because of my 10 min hunt for a plastic spoon.
